Working on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Working Site Manager on a contract basis for a renovation works project of a commercial building.
Key Duties
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Supporting the team with small works
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Maintaining project timelines and quality standards
- Supervise and work alongside the team
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
- Trade background as you will be required to support the team with small works
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card Gold or Above
- First Aid
- Own Tools and PPE
- Driving License
What Our Client Offers
- £300 per day
- Working hours: 8:00am 4:30pm
- Minimum 6 weeks worth of work
